On arrival

Your chauffeur will meet you at arrivals with a name sign, assist with your luggage and ensure a smooth, comfortable journey to your destination.

We understand the importance of trust when travelling internationally, which is why every journey is handled with care, professionalism and attention to detail.

Cancellations & Refunds

At Monleetu, we are committed to providing a seamless and premium travel experience. We understand that plans can change, and our policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our dedicated team of drivers.

Cancellation and Refund Windows

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the booking fee.
  • Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, or failure to arrive for the scheduled service (No-Show), are non-refundable to cover driver commitment and administrative costs.

Flight Delays and Changes

  • Flight Tracking: We provide complimentary flight tracking as part of our service. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time accordingly at no additional charge.
  • Policy: Refunds are not issued for flight delays, as our drivers remain committed to meeting you upon your actual arrival.

Additional Charges

  • Luggage Policy: Please note that our vehicles have a maximum capacity of 7 bags. Any additional luggage beyond this limit may incur extra charges and must be communicated at the time of booking to ensure proper vehicle allocation. These additional fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

How to Request a Refund

  • To cancel or request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp, Phone, or Email as soon as possible.  
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Quality Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with your experience due to a service failure on our part (e.g., driver punctuality or vehicle standards), please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of your trip for a formal review of your case.
